MY FAVORITE RAW FOOD RECIPE.


Here is my favorite thing to eat at the moment, it's very easy and taste soooooo good, great for a quick summertime meal, it's all raw and VERY good for you.

you will need:

1 medium sized zucchini
4 grape tomatoes or half of small tomato (cut up)
5 or 6 fresh basil leaves
teaspoon of sea salt
handful of raw pine nuts
1/3 cup of grated raw goat cheese (optional of course)
a few shakes of any salt free seasoning, Spike, mrs. dash, etc..
fresh pepper
1-2 stalks of celery
1/3 cup of olive oil
5-6 sun dried tomatoes (soaked in water for a few minutes to rehydrate)
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar ( gives it a TWANG!!)


peel your zucchini and spiralize it with the spiroli, the zucchini has the same consistancy as pasta and has almost no taste, it's easy just stick it on the machine and crank away..set the zucchini aside..



I have my own basil plant, I use about 5 or 6 leaves, this is a great investment around 4$

put all the ingredients in the food processor or blender....


toss or pour on top of "noodles"


eat that shit.

I'm trying raw for a month .. so far I'm on week two, and I've had a few cooked meals as well, but I'm probably about 75-80% raw right now. It's not as bad as I thought it would be. :)

good luck once...read raw blogs to keep you going!!
yeah dont deprive yourself...when i go out to eat, I order cooked food and im fine with that...and sometimes I will treat myself to ice cream...100% raw is unrealistic to me.im 90-95% raw sometimes less and I still see and feel benefits.
