BENTONITE CLAY MASK.

I recently purchased this wonderful clay to use from WHOLE FOODS to use as a skin and hair treatment, after much research on the benefits I decided I needed to give it a try.
it cost about 8 bucks and comes in powder form, you can buy it already mixed but I prefer to do it myself, plus you can use it as a powerful DETOX BATH.

After my first use I noticed an immediate difference in my skin (sorry I didnt take an after shot..it was late ) pores were smaller and skin was radiant and very, very smooth, I also used it on my neck hands and chest, I wanted to use it on my entire body and I plan to next time.
Surprisingly it worked great as a hair mask, my hair was very shiny and baby soft, there was more curl definition.

If you decide to try it make sure you only use a plastic bowl and utensil to mix, metal will interact with the clay negatively. Do a little google search on the benefits of Bentonite Clay, it has many uses internally and externally.

This is a new beauty staple for me.

I LOVE the stuff! I only use this to wash my hair, and rarely use shampoo. Have you tried henna on your hair yet? Loves it!

I'll have to try this. Thanks! You're one of my skin idols, BTW. Oil cleansing has saved my complexion.

I dunno I tried this a couple a weeks ago. My face went CrAzY! I did not like the after effects-mad breakouts. So like an idiot I tried it on my hair. I thought it made my hair soft but a week later mad mad breakage. So many people love this stuff but this stuff didn't have no love for me.
Good luck!

Bentonite clay acts as an detox, so you may experience some ugly stuff, (ie face break outs and hair loss) before you experience the benefits.
